The trek toward Google Firebase on the Google Cloud Platform

Getting started with Firebase on the Google cloud can be an uphill climb, and really difficult without a guide. This site explores what can be done, with initial help from Alex, our technology trail guide from Gateway240.com.

I’ve used the Hugo web framework, GitLab, Microsoft Visual Studio Code, and Google Firebase to create a relatively easy to maintain web site in the cloud.

Setting it up was a challenge, but after getting more familiar with the components, it is getting easier.
